  • New eTen Videos
    New short videos are now available online, featuring some of the most successful eTEN projects of the month from the past years as well as spotlights covering the thematic areas of eGovernment, eHealth, eInclusion and Services for SMEs. These short videos complement the eTEN Project Booklet.
  • eTEN Project of the Year 2007 election
    Each month in 2007, the eTEN Programme showcased a Project of the Month. You are now invited to elect the eTEN Project of the Year 2007. This year, the online election will take place on the ePractice portal. The election will determine which project communicates best about its service.
  • Competitiveness and Innovation framework Programme
    The 2006 call for proposals was the last for the eTEN Programme. From 2007 onwards, support to electronic services in areas of public interest will be provided by the ICT Policy Support Programme (ICT PSP), a component of the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP), which will run until 2013.
  • Commission gives green light to launch 30 new eTEN projects
    On 16 November the European Commission launched 30 new eTen projects which will run over the next 3 years. These will validate and deploy electronic services in the public interest serving European citizens and businesses in areas including eHealth, eGovernment, eLearning, eInclusion, SME support, and Trust and Security.
  • Bulgaria now able to fully participate in the eTEN programme
    Bulgaria, a European Union candidate country, is now able to fully participate in the eTEN programme. The Memorandum of Understanding between Bulgaria and the European Community covering Bulgaria's participation in the eTEN programme was signed on 3 May 2005 by the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Bulgaria, Nikolay Vassilev and the Commissioner for Information Society and Media, Viviane Reding.
